Schwarzkopf Ultra Brights Dye in 'Raspberry Rebel' - REVIEW

Hey dolls,

As always being a fan of bright, fun and bold hair, I leaped at the opportunity to try out Schwarzkopf's newest line of dyes: Ultra Brights hair dye. As the name "Ultra Brights" advocates, these dyes come in 6 colours for the daring and dauntless, leaving the brown and blonde dyes to seem very non-lustrous..

Inside was the instructions, gloves, 2 sachets of conditioner and the colour cream in one handy tube which meant no mixing! I chose the colour 'Raspberry Rebel' as my hair was fading into an orangey-red and I wanted something that I hadn't tried before but still a bright colour and would cover the orangeness - and wallah! The 'Raspberry Rebel' dye turned out exactly how I wanted. It turned out to be a red toned, medium pink as shown almost exactly on the box.

As these dyes are in semi-permanent so far, I was rather pleased with the fact that the colour took so well on my hair and no ammonia was used so my hair was left feeling soft! However, due to Ultra Brights being semi-permanent, you'll be wanting to top up the colour after about 4-5 washes, possibly sooner if you use heat styling tools.

These dyes come in some many different bright colours, easy to apply and can be taken care of with a given decent conditioner. Overall - I would 100% recommend this to anybody looking for a easily applying, brightly coloured, mainstream home hair dye!
